The hydrated cell-free dermis should be maintained at room temperature (1-30℃) until immediately before use, and the transplant doctor should read and familiarize with the product's instructions before use.
Check that the external packaging material (PA Pouch) is not damaged.
Open the outer packaging material (PA Pouch) and take it out while being careful not to cross-contaminate the sterile inner packaging material (PA Pouch) containing the product.
Cell-free dermal tissue hydrated before use is washed because reagents and antibiotics used in the treatment may remain. When washing, washing is performed by exchanging a sterile solution at 7±3°C for 5 minutes at least 3 times or more.
The washed hydrated cell-free dermal tissue is wrapped in sterile gauze soaked with sterile solution so that it does not dry until immediately before implantation.
The prepared hydrated cell-free dermal tissue is trimmed to the appropriate standard and transplanted.
